What is the minimum order for companies?
There is no minimum order. We serve from 1 single basket (one employee) up to hundreds per month (accounts with monthly onboarding of new parents). The unit price improves with volume and is adjusted in tiers.
Can we send the gift directly to the employee’s home?
Yes. We collect the employee’s address, wrap without invoice, and add a card signed by the company. The employee only sees the gift, not the transaction. If you prefer to consolidate several shipments at the office for hand delivery, we can do that too.
What guarantees do we have about quality and deadlines?
100% production in our workshop in Móstoles (Madrid), shipments in 24-48h, LFGB certified silicone (the strictest food safety standard for children’s products), and over 20 years of personalization experience. If something goes wrong, we remake it at no cost and resend within 48h.
Can I engrave my company logo on the gift?
Yes, but we actually recommend the opposite. If the bib has the baby’s name and not your company logo, the employee uses it every day. If it has your logo, they put it in a drawer. Brand impact is much greater when the gift genuinely belongs to the baby and the company’s signature is only on the attached card.
Do you issue invoices to companies with VAT and withholdings?
Yes, electronic invoice with company VAT number, VAT breakdown, and B2B client account with 30-day payment terms for regular volumes. If you need a single monthly invoice or breakdown by cost center, we set it up at registration.
Do you work with multinationals or only Spain?
We make constant international shipments to the EU and the rest of Europe. For B2B clients with distributed teams, we have optimized routes and guaranteed deadlines by country.
