B2B Catalogs: Factory Orders for Businesses

Here are Picasita’s factory-order catalogs: the ones used when you’re not buying a single unit but a production run. They’re designed for business purchases —corporate gifts, event favors, or supplies for a center— and work differently from the store.

How a catalog order works

  1. Choose from the catalog. Each one includes all the references with their photograph, not an approximate sample.
  2. Tell us the quantity and customization: the text, initials, or logo to be engraved.
  3. We check availability with the factory and send you the quote.

The minimum order is 100 units per reference, and the discount increases with the quantity. We don’t publish a price list because the price depends on the batch and customization; it is included in the quote.

If you’re looking for a smaller quantity

For individual units or small quantities, there’s the store, with available stock and immediate shipping. Factory catalogs only make sense for orders of 100 units or more.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between these catalogs and the store?
The store sells individual units from the stock available in the warehouse. These catalogs are for factory orders starting at 100 units, where you choose the exact combination and the products are made to order.
What is the minimum order?
100 units per reference.
Is there a volume price?
Yes: the discount increases with the quantity. We don’t publish a price list because the factory price depends on the batch and customization; it is specified in the quote.
Can I order any color from the catalog?
That’s what the catalog is for. Tell us the combination and quantity, and we’ll check availability with the factory before preparing a quote.
Can you engrave my company’s logo?
Yes. Laser engraving accommodates text, initials, or a logo. On two-layer materials, the engraving is monochrome: the color of the bottom layer shows through.
Do you issue invoices with VAT in the company’s name?
Yes, the order is invoiced in the company’s name with its tax details.
