Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time (Order Preparation)

We do our best to prepare your order as soon as possible.

  • The standard order processing time is usually 24 business hours.

  • Orders received during the weekend (or holidays) will begin processing the next business day (usually Monday).

  • On rare occasions, some products may require up to 72 hours of preparation before being shipped.

Once the package is ready and labeled, we request its pickup by the shipping agency for the next business day.

 

2. Shipping Times and Methods (Transit)

 

These are the estimated delivery times once the shipping agency picks up the package at our Móstoles warehouse:

  • Mainland (Spain):

    • Method: Correos / CTT Express (24/48h Service).

    • Deadline: Although the service is 24/48h, 99% of our mainland shipments are delivered the next business day after being picked up.

  • Balearic Islands:

    • Method: CTT Express, Correos or Zeleris.

    • Deadline: The usual delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

  • European Community Countries:

    • Method: Correos or SEUR/DPD.

    • Deadline: Delivery varies between 3 and 6 business days.
