Is there flexibility to substitute items I donāt want?

What if I want an item thatās not in your catalog?
We try to integrate it if the technique allows (wood, glass, paper, fabric). If it requires materials beyond our reach (sugar figure, professional animation), we honestly tell you we canāt and guide you to a specialized provider.
