How much does a complete pack for 100 guests cost?
Typical range: 400-700 €. Includes 100 invitations + 20-30 place cards + table frame + gift for 2 godparents. If you want to add more (welcome basket, banners, etc.), we tell you the extra cost. No final surprises.
Is there flexibility to substitute items I don’t want?
Totally. If you don’t want place cards, we remove them. If you want a lamp instead of a frame, we change it. The pack is modular, not fixed. The price is defined by total volume, not the catalog.
What if I want an element that’s not in your catalog?
We try to integrate it if the technique allows (wood, glass, paper, fabric). If it requires materials beyond our reach (sugar figure, professional animation), we honestly tell you we can’t and guide you to a specialized provider.
Total order lead time?
10-14 days from proof approval. Production 7-10 days + shipping 24-48 h + margin. If your communion is in 3 weeks, we arrive comfortably. If it’s in 10 days, express urgency at no extra cost.
Do you work with the catering provider or restaurant to coordinate decoration?
Yes, frequently. If your restaurant needs specific setup instructions, we provide them on a printable A4 sheet that you give to the banquet. They know where everything goes without you having to watch over it.
Do I have to pay everything upfront?
No. 30% upon confirmation, 70% upon receiving the approved final proof before shipping. If for any reason the communion is canceled (rare but it happens), the 30% is fully refunded if you notify us in advance.
