Usual timeframe 5-7 business days within mainland Spain. If the date is very tight, consult us. In urgent cases (birthday in 4-5 days) we can prioritize.

Sober box suitable for direct delivery. If you need direct shipping to the recipient, we can send to the birthday person's address with a greeting card from the sender.

How long does it take? My friend’s birthday is in 5 days.
The usual timeframe is 5 to 7 business days. For birthdays in less than 5 days, write to us before paying and we’ll confirm if we can make it. In low season, we can do urgent orders in 2-3 days with a surcharge.
Can I send the gift directly to the birthday person (without it passing through my house)?
Yes. Indicate the recipient’s address in the order and optionally a greeting card with your sender info. The package arrives in plain packaging with no visible Picasita branding.
What if I don’t get the format or color right?
We send you a digital proof before production precisely to avoid errors. You validate color, engraving position, characters, and dimensions. Once validated and produced, the engraving is permanent.
Do you have anything specific for children's birthday gifts?
