What is the order deadline for Christmas?
To arrive before December 24 with time to spare, the order must be placed before December 15. Express production and shipping until the 20th depending on the workshop’s workload each year.
And for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day?
Order at least 5 days in advance. Production and shipping in 48 hours for most products. If you order the night before, we can try rush service with tracking, but it’s not guaranteed.
Do you ship directly to the recipient without the buyer receiving it?
Yes. In the cart, you can specify a shipping address different from the billing address. We don’t include an invoice in the package and add a signable card with your message.
What is the best-selling personalized gift by date?
Change by date. For Valentine’s Day: matching keychains and prints. For Father’s Day: large mugs and wallets. For Mother’s Day: decorative trays and jewelry boxes. For Christmas/Epiphany: lamps and albums.
Do you accept special orders not in the catalog?
Yes, within our techniques. If you want a wooden piece with specific text, a print with a photo, or an album with custom layout, send us a brief by email and we'll provide a quote.
