Grandparents Santa Christmas Bauble

Personalised Christmas gifts for grandparents: a bauble with their face as Santa and Mrs Claus

This year, grandparents hang their very own decoration on the tree. You send us a photo of them and we turn it into a bauble for grandparents where they appear dressed as Santa and Mrs Claus, with their face, their smile and their way of looking at you. It is one of those personalised Christmas gifts for grandparents that are opened slowly, shown to the whole family and brought out of the box again every December.

Two styles to choose from

• Christmas figure: we turn them into a miniature Christmas figurine, with their face and the Santa or Mrs Claus outfit, surrounded by presents, lights and hot chocolate.
• 3D caricature: a Christmas caricature in 3D, fun and shiny, that keeps their likeness.

Together on one bauble or one bauble each

You can put the couple together on the same bauble or make one bauble for each of them. Either way, you end up with a Nan and Grandad bauble that is entirely theirs. In the personaliser you mark each grandparent and say who will be Santa and who will be Mrs Claus. One batch holds up to two couples or four individual baubles, so you can also prepare the paternal and maternal grandparents' ones at the same time.

How we prepare it

You upload up to four photos in HEIC, JPG, JPEG or PNG. A photo of the couple or one of each of them works; it is best if their face is clearly visible from the front and in good light. To create the bauble we use artificial intelligence, which you must authorise, and the likeness may vary: you check the preview before buying. You can read how we handle images in our privacy information about your photos.

Clear acrylic or plywood

It is a flat, circular decoration about 8 cm in diameter, printed in colour, with a green ribbon to hang it on the tree. On clear acrylic the image can be seen on both sides; on plywood we print only one side. The bauble carries only the image, with no names or dates.

One of the most memorable original gifts for grandparents

Among all personalised Christmas gifts for grandparents, few are as much theirs as seeing themselves turned into Santa and Mrs Claus. It works as a gift from the grandchildren on Christmas Eve, as a surprise for first-time grandparents or for the family Secret Santa. If you are after a bauble for grandparents that won't end up forgotten in a drawer, this Nan and Grandad bauble stays on the tree year after year.

We print it in our workshop in Móstoles and usually send it within 24 to 48 working hours. In our gifts for grandparents collection you will find more ideas for them.

Frequently asked questions

Is it a good idea among personalised Christmas gifts for grandparents?
Yes. It is a decoration with their own face that they hang on the tree every December and that usually delights the whole family. You can give one bauble with the couple or one for each of them.

What styles does the Christmas bauble for grandparents come in?
Two: Christmas figure, a miniature figurine with their face and the Santa or Mrs Claus outfit, and 3D caricature, more fun and shiny.

Can both grandparents appear on the same bauble?
Yes. You choose a Nan and Grandad bauble with the couple, or one bauble each, and say who will be Santa and who will be Mrs Claus.

Can the image be seen on both sides?
Only on clear acrylic. On plywood we print just one side.

Can I add a name or a date?
No, these baubles carry only the image.

How do I know how it will turn out?
In the personaliser you check the preview before buying. We use artificial intelligence, which you must authorise, and the likeness may vary.
