💍 A gift ready for asking someone to be your witness
🖊️ Wooden pen or fountain pen and a bamboo or beech case
✍️ The same name and date on both pieces and your message on the lid

Personalised wooden pen and case: a gift ready to hand over

Some gifts are understood the moment they are opened. On the lid of the case, a dedication; inside, a wooden pen with their name and the date you want to remember. This personalised wooden pen and case brings the two pieces together with the same personalisation, to ask someone to be your witness, to say thank you or to celebrate a new chapter.

You choose the pen and you choose the case

First, the writing instrument: two bamboo pens, pens in white maple, beech or maple with beech, with or without a cap, or a fountain pen in maple and beech. Then, the case, in bamboo or beech. They do not have to be the same material: you can pair a two-tone maple and beech pen with a bamboo case, or keep everything in beech. That way you build a personalised wooden pen gift set to your taste.

A dedication that joins the two pieces

We laser engrave the same name and the same date on the pen and on the case, and the lid also takes a message: "Will you be my witness?", "Thank you for always being there" or a few words only the two of you understand. First the dedication is read and, on opening, the pen appears with their name: an engraved wooden pen with box turns the handover into a moment.

For weddings, thank-yous and new chapters

It suits a request to the witnesses at a wedding, the farewell of a colleague who is retiring, a graduation or a thank-you to a teacher after a whole school year. If the person receiving it prefers to write with a nib, choose the fountain pen and keep the same idea.

If you are looking for a personalised wooden pen gift set for several people, each set is configured with its own name. For orders of many units, write to us and we will confirm the lead time.

We personalise every order in our workshop in Móstoles, where we understand accents, tildes and special characters and speak your language. Personalisation is included in the price and the personaliser shows you a very close preview before you order. We normally dispatch within 24-48 working hours. If you prefer the pieces separately, there are the wooden pens and the personalised cases, and more ideas in writing and desk.

Frequently asked questions

What does the personalised wooden pen and case include?
A pen or a fountain pen and a case, with the same name and the same date engraved on both pieces. The lid also carries the message you choose: it is an engraved wooden pen with box, ready to give.

Can I choose a fountain pen instead of a pen?
Yes. As well as the bamboo, maple, beech and maple with beech pens, you can choose a fountain pen in maple and beech.

Do the case and the pen have to be the same wood?
No. In this personalised wooden pen gift set you choose each piece separately: the case can be bamboo or beech, whatever the pen.

Where does the message go?
On the lid of the case. The name and the date are engraved on both pieces, so the engraved wooden pen with box shares one dedication.
