Personalised wooden pen

A personalised wooden pen for every guest or for someone special

An engraved name turns something as everyday as a pen into a gift that stays on the desk, next to the diary or in the bag. Our personalised wooden pen comes in two ranges: bamboo, for giving each wedding guest or each event attendee a small keepsake without blowing the budget, and signature pens and fountain pens in natural wood, with a premium look for when the gift is for one person.

Bamboo to hand out, fine wood for signing

The two bamboo models are the choice for giving to lots of people: wedding guests, conference attendees or a whole company team. With the names of the couple and the date, or with your brand's logo, everyone takes home a keepsake they will actually use.

The signature range brings together pens in white maple, in beech and in maple combined with beech, each with or without a cap, and a fountain pen in maple and beech. They have a different presence and are designed for a wedding witness, a teacher, a retirement or that client you want to thank for their trust. An engraved wooden pen with a name on it ends up being the one that always goes in the pocket.

Their name, a date or your logo, laser engraved

We laser engrave names, dates, short phrases or logos. A personalised wooden pen with a name works very well as a thank-you to a colleague, an end-of-year gift or a farewell for someone retiring. If you want to carry your business's image, an engraved wooden pen with your logo goes along to every meeting and every signature.

The question "Will you be my witness?" also fits on a signature pen. It is a lovely way to ask, and it could be the pen they sign with on the day.

The perfect set: pen and case with the same personalisation

For a gift with real class, pair the pen with our wooden case: we engrave the same names, the same date or the same logo on both pieces. You can order everything together in the personalised pen with case and have the gift ready to hand over.

We personalise every order in our workshop in Móstoles, where we understand accents, tildes and special characters and speak your language. Personalisation is included in the price and the personaliser shows you a very close preview before you order. We normally dispatch within 24-48 working hours; if you need dozens of pens for an event, the lead time depends on the quantity and how busy the workshop is, so write to us and we will confirm it. You will find more ideas in our writing and desk section.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between bamboo and the signature range?

What can I engrave?
A name, a date, a short phrase or a logo. A wooden pen with a name is the simplest option for guests, witnesses and teachers.

Is the case included?
No, the engraved wooden pen is sold on its own. You can add the bamboo or beech case with the same personalisation, or order the pen and case set.

Do you prepare large orders for weddings or companies?
Yes. Write to us with the quantity and date you need and we will confirm the preparation time. Each pen is added to the basket with its own text.
