What is the minimum deadline we accept?
Minimum 5 calendar days. Below 5 days we can't guarantee production + shipping + margin of error. Exception: if the communion is in Madrid and the order is <30 units, it can be done in 3-4 days with hand delivery.
Does express urgency also work in July-August?
Yes, but with fewer slots available (workshop with holidays and high volume). It's best to notify us as soon as possible. From September to June there is stable capacity for urgency.
Do you work with phone photos or require professional resolution?
For express urgency, a photo from a modern phone is fine. No professional retouching, no specific session. Send us the best photo of the communicant you have; we use it directly.
How much does an express reminder cost vs a normal deadline one?
Same price. We don't charge extra for urgency. Express production doesn't mean higher labor costs for us, just operational priority.
What happens if the express shipping doesn't arrive on time?
Full refund of the order amount if the delay is our responsibility (courier, production). If it's due to the client (address change, absence), normal shipping conditions apply.
What if I only have 3 days?
Difficult but sometimes possible. Call us directly to assess the case. If the order is small (<20 units) and the data is clear, we can push it. If it's large or complex, honestly we can't make it.
