Personalized gifts have a typical problem: the recipient does not use them. They keep it in the closet, appreciate it but do not incorporate it into their daily life. The mug is the statistical exception — it is used in the morning, every morning, and the photo is visible. Every breakfast is a micro-memory of who gave what.
Technique matters: mugs with color sublimation allow printing sharp photographs with the full color range. It is not vinyl (which peels off), nor screen printing limited to two inks. The ink integrates into the ceramic surface by heat and withstands dishwasher on conventional program without visible alteration for years.
For special cases, we also have mugs with laser engraving on ceramics instead of sublimation. The engraving is monochromatic (dark on light) but permanent with no possibility of wear. Recommended for mugs that will be used intensively and you prefer a more sober finish.

Does the photo fade in the dishwasher?
No. On sublimated mugs, the ink is integrated into the ceramic surface. It withstands dishwasher cycles on conventional programs without visible alteration. We recommend avoiding prolonged use of harsh chlorine tablets.
What photo quality do I need to send?
The higher the resolution, the better. A modern phone photo (12MP+) in good lighting works perfectly. If the photo is very dark or blurry, we’ll notify you before production so you can send an alternative.
How long does delivery take?
The usual delivery time is 5 to 7 business days for mainland shipments. For specific dates (birthdays, Mother’s/Father’s Day, end of school), allow extra time.
Can I put several photos on the same mug?
Yes. Usually one main photo + text, or a collage of 2-3 small images fits. We confirm this in the digital proof before production.
Are there size/capacity options?
We offer standard 330ml mugs (comfortable capacity for coffee with milk or tea) and 250ml models for espresso. If you need a large size (like a 500ml mug), contact us.
Is it microwave safe?
Yes, all our mugs are microwave safe for conventional use. Do not heat empty for minutes without contents.
