My mother isn’t into "things with her name" — what should I do?
We recommend initials (more discreet) or engraving on the interior area of the item. For toiletry bags, lined bags, mirrors with covers: the detail exists but is not visible from the outside.
Does it hold up in the washing machine? (for bags or denim fabric)
Laser engraving alters the fabric fiber; it is not a surface ink. On denim fabric, it withstands domestic washing cycles without visible changes. Follow the care instructions for the specific product.
Can I engrave a photo instead of a name?
Yes, for compatible products (mugs, photo keychains, candle holders). For flat products like bags or mirrors, the best result is a name or phrase, not a photo.
Is there an express option if I’m short on time?
