🌿 Reusable cork with a natural, recognisable texture
πŸ”² Choose a round or square format for your design
✨ Laser personalisation with a logo, name, text or drawing

🌿 A company gift that will not end up in a drawer

A good corporate gift does not need to be oversized to be remembered. This cork coaster turns an everyday object into a quiet reminder of your brand, your event or the occasion you want to celebrate. We personalise each design by laser, preserving the natural texture of the cork and creating a warm, understated finish that sits comfortably on many different tables.

You can choose a round or square shape. Both provide a clean base for a logo, a name, a short line of text or an illustration prepared for the occasion. For a company meeting, launch, conference or client gift, this reusable coaster avoids the feeling of handing out promotional merchandise with no real purpose.

✨ Your design engraved directly into the cork

Personalisation is completed by laser. The engraving appears as a dark mark on the material; it is not a colour print. This contrast is particularly well suited to logos, short wording and illustrations built from clear lines. Before production, we review the file you send us to make sure its level of detail can be transferred successfully to cork.

The photograph shows a square example with rounded corners, personalised with a logo and accompanying text. You do not have to repeat that layout: we will prepare the engraving with the identity of your company or event. If the original contains lines that are too fine or lacks definition, we will tell you and help identify a version that is better suited to the material.

πŸ”² Round or square to suit the event

The shape is selected when placing the order. The round version has a softer, more traditional appearance, while the square option provides a very direct visual area. We do not publish dimensions that have not yet been confirmed, and we do not attribute unverified technical performance to the material. What we can offer is straightforward: a personalised cork coaster that is reusable and genuinely connected to the business presenting it.

If you need several artworks, add each design as a separate configuration. Increasing the quantity within one configuration repeats the same engraving across every coaster on that order line. This prevents versions from being mixed and allows us to prepare each batch exactly as requested.

🀝 Made for company orders and events

We offer volume discounts, but we do not use a generic price table that may not match the actual job. Quantity, artwork and the preparation required all affect the quotation. Send us the approximate number and the file available; before production begins, we will provide a price based on the real project.

This is a useful option when you want to choose a more sustainable material and give something that can still be used after the event. Cork brings an instantly recognisable texture, while the engraving gives the coaster its own identity. Your brand remains present in a friendly, natural way without turning the table into an advertising display.

Frequently asked questions

What can be engraved on the cork coaster?
We can engrave a logo, a name, a short line of text or a laser-suitable drawing. We review the file before production because very fine lines may need adapting.

Can I choose a round or square shape?
Yes. The shape is selected on the product page. The main photograph shows the square format, and the round variant is also available.

Is the engraving in colour?
No. The laser creates a dark, monochrome mark on the cork; we do not apply a full-colour print.

How do I order several different designs?
A higher quantity of the same configuration repeats the same engraving. For different designs, configure and add the coasters for each artwork separately.

Do you offer a volume discount?
Yes. We prepare a quotation based on quantity and the work required by the artwork, rather than publishing generic tiers that may not match the actual order.
