Wooden pregnancy announcement or personalised canvas

Some news deserves to be held onto. Our pregnancy announcement plaque in plywood, or its canvas version, turns the moment you tell your family into a keepsake. Choose a message for grandparents, a future aunt or uncle, or a child about to become a big brother or sister. Start with the suggested wording and make it your own. You can include an ultrasound picture, or let a few carefully chosen words share the news.

First choose whether to include an ultrasound picture. Without one, the announcement is available only in plywood, 10 × 15 cm, for €18.95. With an ultrasound picture, choose plywood or canvas, 15 × 20 cm, for €22.95; uploading the image is required for this option. All six designs are available in the three combinations. We print the text, illustrations and ultrasound in colour using colour printing. Only the plywood version has a laser-cut perimeter.

Six ways to share your news

• Botanical: flowers and a swallow frame the announcement.
• Adventure: two foxes in a waterside landscape.
• First photo: a simple composition with a burgundy botanical sprig.
• Rainbow: gentle coloured arches and clouds.
• Little footprints: baby footprints surrounded by leaves.
• Letter from baby: an illustrated stamp and letter-inspired details.

For grandparents, aunts, uncles and siblings

Choose grandma, grandpa, grandparents, aunt, uncle, aunt and uncle, big sister or big brother in the personaliser. Each choice provides wording you can edit. For a pregnancy announcement to grandparents, you might keep the greeting simple and add a personal message. A big brother announcement or big sister announcement can speak directly to the child who will receive it. The same plaque also makes a pregnancy announcement gift for an aunt or uncle, with words chosen especially for them.

First, with or without an ultrasound

Including an ultrasound picture determines the format and price: 10 × 15 cm without a picture, or 15 × 20 cm with one. The ultrasound image is required for the with-picture option and is printed directly within the composition. Choose the design afterwards. The estimated due date is still optional: enter a month and year or leave the field blank.

Nine languages for your family

Personalise the text in English, Spanish, Catalan, Basque, Galician, European Portuguese, French, German or Italian. The language printed on the plaque can differ from the language you use to browse the shop. Read through the whole message, including any names or words you have added, and check the preview before finishing your personalisation.

Check your plaque before finishing

For an ultrasound picture, upload a clear JPG, PNG or WebP file of up to 25 MB. Crop out any information you do not want printed before uploading. Check the arrangement again once the picture is in place. The preview simulates your chosen material; the colour and grain of plywood can vary. Your personalised pregnancy announcement is made to keep those first words of family news together in one personal keepsake.
