How many grandchildren fit on the keyring?
Up to five names fit on one side. From six grandchildren, the design uses both sides of the plate.
What photo do I need for the canvas?
A JPG, PNG or WebP image of up to 25 MiB. The more light and sharpness it has, the better it looks.
When is Grandparents' Day?
In Spain it is celebrated on 26 July. We normally dispatch orders within 24-48 working hours of receiving them.
What do you do with the photos I upload?
