What photo quality do I need to send?
The higher the resolution, the better. A photo from a modern phone (12MP+) in good lighting works perfectly. If the photo is very dark or blurry, we’ll notify you before production so you can send an alternative.
Can I put more than one photo?
It depends on the product. Mugs usually fit one main photo plus text or name. Candle holders and larger signs can combine 2-3 images if you send them composed. We confirm this in the digital proof.
Does the engraved photo fade in the dishwasher?
No. Laser engraving alters the surface of the ceramic or material. It withstands dishwasher cycles on a normal program without visible changes. Do not use aggressive chlorine tablets for years in a row.
My grandparents live outside Spain — do you do international shipping?
Yes, we ship to the rest of the EU with additional time and cost. Check availability and exact delivery time before ordering by writing to us.
What if I don’t have a good photo, only names and date?
It works the same way. A mug engraved with "For the best grandpa, from your grandchildren Marta and Pablo, 2024" has the same emotional effect without needing a photo. The date adds context.
Can I combine gifts for both grandparents?
Of course. Usually, two matching mugs (each with their name) or a keychain for each with the grandchild’s name. We send them together in a single package.
