How long does it take for a personalized gift to arrive?
The usual timeframe is 5 to 7 business days for mainland Spain shipments. If you have a specific date in mind, allow extra time and check with us before ordering if the deadline is tight.
What exactly can I engrave? Just the name?
The most common are name, initials, or family nickname. We also accept short phrases (up to 30-40 characters) and relevant dates. We send you a digital proof of the engraving before production to validate exact characters.
My dad isn’t into “things with his name” — are there more discreet options?
Yes. For profiles that don’t want to show the name, we recommend initials (more discreet) or engraving inside the object (wallet, pouch) where only he sees it. The detail exists but isn’t visible externally.
Do they withstand daily use? I don’t want the engraving to fade in two months.
Laser engraving modifies the surface of the material; it’s not an added layer. On PU leather, steel, and plywood, it withstands daily use without visible alteration for years. If the object is damaged by natural wear, the engraving is damaged with it — but it doesn’t erase on its own.
Can I combine several products as a gift pack?
Yes. A common practice is to combine wallet + keychain of the same leather, or opener + coaster for the beer-loving dad. There’s no discount for combining, but we can send them together in a single package.
What if I don’t get the size/color right? Is there a return?
Personalized products with names are non-returnable (they are unique productions for that piece). That’s why we send you a digital proof beforehand: you validate the color, engraving position, and characters before production. Any error after validation is your responsibility, so review it carefully before accepting.
