A photo from a modern phone (12MP+) with good lighting works perfectly. Ideally with the animal’s face centered and a simple background. If it’s blurry or very dark, we’ll notify you before production so you can send an alternative.
Do ID tags really work if the pet gets lost?
Yes. The tag with name + phone number allows whoever finds the animal to contact you. Versions with smart QR link to a profile with contact details and notes (allergies, medication, vet contact).
What happens if the dog loses the tag or the ring breaks?
The tags are durable but wear is real. If you need a new one after a while, we can reproduce it quickly with the same data. We recommend taking a photo of the current tag before changing the model.
Is it water and rain resistant?
The stainless steel and anodized aluminum tags are weather and freshwater resistant. They should not be submerged in pool chlorine for prolonged periods.
Can I combine several products as a gift pack for a pet lover?
