What photo quality do I need for a pet photo keychain?
A photo from a modern phone (12MP+) with good lighting works perfectly. If the photo is very dark or blurry, we will notify you before production so you can send an alternative.
How long does it take?
The usual timeframe is 5 to 7 business days for shipments within mainland Spain. If you have a target date (birthday, anniversary), check with us before ordering.
Can the keychain hold the weight of a full bunch of keys?
Yes. Genuine leather and premium faux leather keychains include a reinforced metal ring suitable for house+car+office keys. Decorative jewelry keychains are designed for 1-3 keys or as a decorative charm.
My father/partner isn’t into "things with their name." What discreet options are there?
Initials (2-3 letters) instead of the full name. Or engraving on the inner side of the keychain (visible only when flipped). We advise you when ordering.
Can I engrave a relevant date instead of a name?
Yes. Anniversary date, dog adoption date, moving into a new home date. Works especially well combined with initials (e.g., "M+J · 12.06.24").
What if the keychain arrives and the engraving isn’t what I expected?
We send you a digital proof before production precisely to avoid this. You approve the color, engraving position, and characters before confirming. Once approved, the engraving is permanent.
