The alternative: each mug personalized with the resident's name + optionally a photo of a grandchild or the family. The mug always returns to its place (the caregiver recognizes it), the resident uses it with pride, and it becomes a conversation piece with visitors ("this was given to me at Christmas, look at the name").
For the center, operationally: the names are already in the system (registrations, management). We send you a form, you complete the name + optional photo sent by the family, we produce in batch. Same logistics as the generic gift, better result.

How do we manage residents' personal data (name + family photo)?
We receive data through a secure channel (encrypted form or email with protected file). We use it exclusively to produce the piece and do not store lists beyond the order. GDPR compliant. If you need a formal agreement with your DPO, we will sign it.
Does it withstand the residence dining hall’s industrial dishwasher?
Yes. Sublimated mugs and wood products with water-based varnish withstand industrial cycles at 80 °C without visible alteration for years.
What if a resident passes away after the order? Do we return the piece?
Personalized pieces are non-returnable (one-off production). But some centers request them as keepsakes to give to the family after a resident’s passing. It works very well in that emotional context.
Do you work with municipal residences or only private ones?
Both. Compatible with municipal supplier platforms (SAP Ariba, etc.) when applicable. Let us know your system.
Special rates for specific dates like Mother’s Day or Christmas?
Yes. For dates with expected high volume (typically May and December), we accept planned orders 4-6 weeks in advance to guarantee on-time delivery. Full volume rate applies.
Can we order pieces with the residence’s logo in addition to the resident’s name?
Yes. On pieces with enough surface area, we engrave the logo + resident’s name. We need the logo in vector format.
Shall we estimate a gift program for your residents?
Send us the number of residents, the dates you would celebrate (individual birthdays, collective Christmas, International Day of Older Persons), and the desired format. We will provide you with an annual program at a fixed rate.
