Do you accept small orders for a single classroom (25-30 units)?
Yes. It is the usual order size for AMPA. Volume pricing from 25 units. We provide a fixed quote within 24-48 hours.
What if the school has 8 classrooms and we want a gift per classroom with its teacher?
This is exactly the use case. We produce each batch differentiated by classroom with the corresponding teacher’s name. Volume pricing applies to the school’s total. We send you a digital proof of each before production.
Do you accept invoicing through the school’s supplier platform?
Yes. We work with SAP Ariba, Tipsa Suppliers, and the main systems of charter, municipal, and private schools. Please provide the supplier code when replying to the quote.
Can we integrate the school crest or logo into the engraving?
Yes. On pieces with enough surface (large signs, totes), we also engrave the school logo on one side and the teacher’s name on the other. We need the logo in vector format.
What if a teacher does not want their name engraved?
We can replace it with discreet initials or the classroom name ("5º A", "Infantil Mariposas"). We differentiate by teacher in the order at no extra cost.
What do you do with children’s data (name list)?
We use them only to produce the piece. We do not store lists beyond the order (GDPR). If you want a specific policy for the school, we will sign it for you.
